I want to take the opportunity to commend Alex and his capable staff for the outstanding job in moving the Thompson’s  yesterday.
Their pleasing attitude and "CAN-DO" approach made this braiding machine move so much more pleasant (if moving can be a pleasant experience!!).

Dear Excel,

Your firm moved us from Shanghai to Los Angeles, CA on August 27th & 28th and packed our good on August 25th. The packing, the loading and the unloading went swimmingly--not a hiccup!!
In the course of a long business career with IBM, we've moved all over the globe--over ten times--so we're no strangers to the travails of a move.
You should take pride in the efforts of your people. The packing team--headed by Jackie--was superb. ...... They were a responsive and hard working team.
Thanks for making what could have been a mountainous effort a small mole hill.

To whom it may concern:
I wanted to convey to you the appreciation my wife and I have with our recent move from Shanghai to Beijing. Every aspect of the move from the estimate to the final delivery in Beijing was handled with the most professional courtesy and competence. Our move was rescheduled several times due to the closing problems in Shanghai and the staff accommodated all these problems in a most effortless way, at least for us. The driver who showed up in Beijing ......, was most efficient and courteous and ensured that all of our belongings arrived safely. As far as I can tell, there was not a single instance of damage of loss; a fact I find quite remarkable.
